The Intellectual Property Court (IPC) of the Supreme People's Court of China has actively leveraged the national-level appellate mechanism for intellectual property (IP) cases to consistently enhance the quality and efficiency of its adjudication, safeguarding the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy through strengthened judicial protection of IP, and supporting the construction of a unified national market through enhanced judicial efforts on anti-monopoly cases. These actions have provided a robust legal guarantee for IP protection and fair competition in support of the accelerated development of new quality productive forces. The 2025 annual report on the court's work was released to enhance public understanding and facilitate oversight of the court's work by all sectors of society.
