The Summary of Judgment Digests of the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court of China (2025) was released to the public for research and reference. The summary includes 159 judgement digests extracted from 132 cases selected from a total of 3,146 cases concluded by the Intellectual Property Court (IPC) of the Supreme People's Court of China in 2025, which may collectively demonstrate the judicial philosophy, ideology and methods of the IPC in handing technology-related intellectual property cases and anti-monopoly cases.
