The 7th Cross-Strait and Hong Kong, Macao High-level Judicial Forum closed in Macao on Sept 22. President of the China Association of Judges (CAJ) Zhang Jun attended the closing ceremony.

Over 70 representatives from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, Hong Kong and Macao held extensive and in-depth discussions on the theme of "justice and efficiency". The participants agreed that the forum, combined with the operation and experience of the judicial system,   achieved important results, and contributed to consolidating and expanding exchanges and cooperation between the judicial and legal sectors of the two sides of the Strait, Hong Kong and Macao. It is of great significance to the promotion of national rejuvenation and people's wellbeing.

Executive Vice-President of the CAJ Deng Xiuming, Honorary President of the Chinese Society of Law (CSL) in Taiwan Huang Shuitong, Chief Judge of the High Court of Hong Kong Jeremy Poon Shiu-chor, and President of the Court of Final Appeal of Macao San Hou Fai attended and addressed the closing ceremony. Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal of Hong Kong Andrew Cheung Kui-nung and President of the CSL Huang Maorong attended the closing ceremony.
