The Court will provide strong judicial guarantee for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, will increase judicial protection of intellectual property rights, and will protected the legitimate rights and interests of both Chinese and foreign IPR holders, he said.
Luo also said he hopes USCBC will play a positive role in exchanges between US and China on judicial protection of intellectual property.
Allen said the establishment of the Intellectual Property Court is a revolutionary progress in the field in China and is meaningful in building an international, market-driven and legislative business environment, adding that he expects more exchanges and cooperation between the Intellectual Property Court and the USCBC.
